Integration is at the core of my work
The Yoga I teach is based on the classical integral yoga as taught by Swami Sivananda. I incorporate slow flow and somatic movement to accompany this sequence. Most sessions will include Asana (posture), Pranayama (breath work), Dhyana (meditation) and Nada (sound). This approach balances your whole being. It helps you to recharge and feel more joyful and connected. It is suitable for everybody, and can be adapted.
By listening to your body and mind, your physical and mental boundaries can be expanded and explored in a a playful way. I teach small groups, one-on-one, one-on-two and individual classes, allowing for space and time to work with your inherent body type and breath rhythm.

The Massage Therapy I offer, is based on the classical Swedish massage developed by Per Henrik Ling. This massage works on all physical and mental systems. My main focus is to offer a bespoke, deeply relaxing and rejuvenating therapy. Incorporating Ayurvedic flow and Lymphatic massage elements, to soften, nourish, tone and detox your muscular, fluid and bone tissue, thereby creating a healthy flow of lymph and blood. whilst your mind and emotions will be deeply calmed and cleansed. Organic warmed oils and personalised herbs and scents can be part of the treatment. The massage leaves you feeling glowing, fresh, relaxed and connected. Massage can be combined with Yoga Nidra, to completely calm and revive your nervous system.

​The Holistic Home Care I offer is based upon the skills I learnt by working with the eldery in our community during the last five years. Many of these years have been working and training in a professional team. I believe in taking enough time to listen to the individual and giving their life history and experience gained the value it deserves. My work includes finding out a suitable home care routine that suits the individuals current likes and needs. Using organic body care products and if wished incorporating my massage skills to nourish the skin and increase lymph flow and circulation in a gentle way. Calming the nervous systems and generating a feeling of safety and positivity. If possible working out a regular movement sequence to suit individual needs - for strengthening bones, flexibility, balance and posture. Spending time with creative elements such as painting and puzzle solving.

​I have been Interpreting English-German and German-English at various Yoga, Meditation and Vedanta Seminars and Workshops in the last decades.
I speak both languages as a mother tongue and have knowledge of both Yoga and basic Sanskrit terminology.
